Our Products

We use a professional printing company for all our printing, paper and envelopes. We have a range of paper stocks, envelopes and print finishes. For more information, browse through our design guide before you place an order with us.

 

Custom Design & Orders

Bear Avenue offers a custom design service for clients who want a unique design to suit their event. All stationery that is custom designed incurs an additional charge which is considered on a case by case basis and dependent on the complexity of the proposed design and the amount of time and work required to create the designs

 

Custom designs are covered under our copyright and remain the property of Bear Avenue. This means that all custom designs  may be reused by Bear Avenue at a later date.

 

Pricing & Tax

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

 

Proofing

Once you have placed your order and provided us with your wording and related information, you will receive an emailed proof of your design within 1-3 business days.

 

It is your responsibility to check this proof carefully for any errors or changes you want to make. You will need to advise us in writing of what changes you want to make.

 

You are entitled to 2 rounds of revisions for existing designs and 3 rounds of revisions for custom designs. If you require further revisions after this you will be charged an extra $25 per proof which is to be paid prior to completion of your design.

 

Throughout the design process, if you decide to change to a new or different design in its entirety, you will be charged a new design fee starting at $35.

 

When you are happy with the design and are ready to proceed to printing, we require an email detailing your approval of the final design. We will not send any designs to print until we have your final tick of approval in writing.

 

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for checking and rechecking your proofs carefully. Bear Avenue cannot be held responsible for any typing errors noticed after the final proofs have been approved. If you choose to make any changes or amendments after final approval and printing, you will be charged extra, dependant on amount of printing and amendments.

 

Postage & Shipping

All items are shipped with Sendle. Please note, once items have been posted to the provided address, they become the responsibility of the customer. We cannot take responsibility if any items do not arrive to you in time due to postal delays outside of our control. We recommend you check the “Our Process” page for information on design and printing timeframes.

 

Receipt of Items

Once you receive your stationery, it is your responsibility to check it thoroughly. If you believe the item is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately to discuss.

 

Please let us know via email immediately if you notice any errors on your stationery once you have received it. If your design differs from your approved design, we will correct, print and deliver your order at no charge to you. If your design contains an error on your part after the proof has been approved, and you want your items reprinted, then you will be charged correction, printing and shipping costs.  If the error is at the fault of the client, then the re-print will be placed in the print cue at the time of second final approval and will not be prioritised over other client’s orders.

 

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Replacements

Due to the nature of custom work, we are unable to provide refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged in any way, or you are unhappy with your purchase, it is your responsibility to contact us within 7 days to discuss.

 

We do not accept change of mind returns on any products.

 

All custom design work requires a deposit to be paid prior to commencing the design process. Payments & deposits are non-refundable for change of mind or other reasons outside of our control. If the design process has NOT commenced, any monies paid may be transferred to another order or held in credit for 12 months. If the design process HAS commenced, any monies paid will be forfeited.

 

 

Social Media Sharing

An important and huge part of our business is sharing our designs and products with our clients and followers on our social media pages.

 

If your items include your address, telephone number or similar sensitive information, we will always seek your permission before sharing products that we have created for you. None of your personal contact information will be visible on any social media posts. If you do not wish to have your items shared, please let us know.

They are subject to their own copyright by their creators. All other graphics and illustrations are the property of Bear Avenue and are protected by Australian and International copyright laws. The reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the text and imagery content of this site is strictly prohibited.

The purchase of any of our designs does not constitute the right to replicate our designs and any attempt to do so may attract legal ramifications.
